Jeff Finkelstein Bio

Mr. Finkelstein has responsibility for all new access technology development within engineering and across all lines of business at Cox Communications. He also sits on multiple, cable industry technology working groups (WGs) focusing on PHY and MAC technologies. He previously held engineering leadership and management positions at Scientific-Atlanta, Convergence.com and BSDI.
