A Short Note From Our Editor

Seth Arenstein explains the  deadlines for our upcoming awards issues.

Dear Friend of CableFAX,

At CableFAX we always jealously guard your time. So here’s a brief note about our awards programs for the remainder of 2008 for CableFAX: The  Magazine.
 
* Our Most Influential Minorities in Cable issue will be published during Diversity Week in September.

* Our Most Powerful Women in Cable issue will be published in November, at the time of WICT’s Gala. For inclusion in that edition please nominate deserving candidates by September 8. The nomination form is here, and it’s also free to enter.

* Last but not least is the CableFAX 100, whose deadline is also September 8,  and whose entry is free. An irreverant nomination form for that edition of CableFAX: The Magazine will be at our cable360.net site under "Awards" by mid-June. As many of you know, we will be having a gala awards lunch to celebrate The 100 in early December in NY City. 

For those of you who have entered our Programming Awards and our Top Operators Awards, our thanks. Those editions will be published in October and July, respectively.
