RNC Serves Higher Ed in NYC

RCN Corporation signed a multi-year contract with Educational Housing Services, Inc., to delivery digital cable television, phone and Internet services to student residence rooms at 1760 Third Ave in Manhattan, New York, beginning mid-August.

The Third Ave. facility, which will be home to more than 1100 students representing various institutions of higher learning, is the fourth EHS housing facility that RCN is serving.

“This project required dedicated construction and engineering teams, project and account managers and other support personnel to work with EHS throughout the entire process, from project planning to turn-up,” said PK Ramani, RCN Business Services President, in a statement.
