DISH Dumps: Ergen Blames Poor Customer Service, HD Position
DISH Network's Charlie Ergen didn't try Tues to sugarcoat the satellite provider's lackluster 1Q results and 89% drop in new sub gains (35K vs 310K in 1Q07). But he didn't give cable much credit either. DISH probably "maintained about the same" with cable competitively, while he credited DirecTV...
