Time Warner Cable Mid-Ohio Division
Joanne Wolf is the Director of Customer Care for Time Warner Cable’s Mid-Ohio Division and is responsible for Call Center Operations serving more than 600,000 subscribers. She has more than 15 years of cable industry experience supporting divisional and nationwide customer service, sales and retention activities. Prior to joining TWC in August 2006, Joanne served as National Customer Retention and Sales Call Center Director for Adelphia Cable Communications, where she began her cable call center career in 1993. She is a member of CTAM, WICT and the Cable Center Customer Care Committee and served on the National Customer Care Committee presenting at the National Customer Care Forums in 2005 and 2006. Joanne earned her bachelor’s degree in Radio/Television Communications from Ashland College.
