Pam has been a leader in customer service and sales training for over 20 years, specializing in cable television, e-commerce and other new media industries. As its founder and president, she has built RPM Associates into a respected organization with a vision to create "training that makes a difference, with a difference." Under her leadership RPM has successfully supported the sales, sales management, customer service and product launches for numerous cable operators, programmers and affiliates (see Our Clients). Pam focuses on creating training that is informative but always highly interactive, energetic and engaging. She has extensive expertise in training needs assessment; market and curriculum analysis; program development, implementation; instructor training and coaching. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Princeton University.
