Time Warner Inc.: Kevin Tsujihara will take over as CEO at Warner Bros. Entertainment on March 1, succeeding Barry Meyer, who remains chairman through the end of the year. Currently president of Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Group, Tsujihara oversees the company’s home-video, digital-distribution, videogames, anti-piracy and emerging-technology operations. He joined Warner Bros. in 1994 as director/Special Projects, Finance, helping to manage the company’s interest in Six Flags.
