Get Congress On The Go With VUGUV

Washington, D.C.-based FedNet is going mobile when it comes to video events in the nation’s capital. Beginning with President Obama’s State of the Union Address on Jan. 24, FedNet launches VUGUV, what it says is the nation’s first committed mobile-only public-affairs network. And it’s free.

Available on wireless devices – smartphones and tablets on any platform – VUGUV will broadcast live mobile-only video of action the House and Senate floors, congressional hearings and member press conferences.

FedNet (click here for more information) is a credentialed news organization that broadcasts congressional events of all kinds. FedNet maintains a video network throughout the Capitol complex for use in broadcast and Web-based production.
