Dolgen Resigns from Charter Board

Charter Communications announced today that Jonathan L. Dolgen has resigned from its board of directors effective today, for personal reasons and to make time available for other interests. Dolgen, the former chairman of the Viacom Entertainment Group, is principal of Wood River Ventures and serves as senior advisor to Viacom. He also is a member of the board of directors of Expedia and Ticketmaster. His position on the board will not be replaced at this time.
