Comcast Spotlight Renews Harris Agreement

Comcast Spotlight has renewed its licensing agreement for a range of cable advertising software products from the Harris Novar family of traffic and billing solutions. Comcast Spotlight will use Novar traffic and billing software products in over 50 percent of its footprint across five U.S. regions: the Southern Division; Western Division; Eastern Division; Midwest Division; and the North-Central Division.
