BigBand Implements SDV Remote Monitoring

BigBand Networks' Remote Monitoring Service (RMS) suite is designed to provide cable operators with insights into the health of their BigBand SDV systems around the clock. The suite has been implemented in more than 25 SDV network locations in North America and is available to any BigBand SDV customer. It offers proactive and preventive monitoring, comprehensive reporting, and isolation and resolution.
