Incognito to Acquire BigBand Provisioning Technology

Incognito Software has signed a definite agreement to acquire BigBand Networks FastFlow Broadband Provisioning Manager (BPM), a device provisioning solution. Under the terms of the agreement, Incognito will acquire the key assets and rights of FastFlow BPM. Earlier this year, BigBand decided to divest of its provisioning asset and focus resources on video networking.

Incognito's goal is to provide quality support and maintenance to existing FastFlow BPM customers to ensure network stability while continuing to invest in its flagship product for device provisioning, the Broadband Command Center (BCC). For those wishing to migrate to BCC, Incognito will be providing a set of migration tools to ease the transition.
