Edgeware to Show Time-Shift TV at IBC

Edgeware will show its time-shift TV solution at IBC2008, including an enhanced release of its server management system, Origin 2.0. The exhibit will showcase native support for on-demand TV services, instantaneous playout of interactive, on-demand streams from live channel programs, trick play capability based on single assets, recording of up to 320 simultaneous live TV channels, while streaming up to a maximum capacity of 20 Gbps/16,000 concurrent streams per server, and distributed server architecture.
