ATX Announces MDU Encoding Solution

ATX Networks is now shipping its DVIS and DVISm Digital Video/Audio Encoder products for delivering locally generated content in a digital format. The MDU solutions DVIS and DVISm products are designed to deliver professional digital video signals to apartment buildings, hotels, institutions, etc. The DVIS version is a scalable solution for encoding up to 10 A/V programs and multiplexing them onto a QAM channel via its integrated agile QAM modulator/upconverter. The DVISm version is scalable up to four A/V programs. Both units also support add/drop multiplexing. (Expo booth 1550)
