Auspice Announces Remote Management, Diagnostics

Auspice's OpsLogic FieldView is a remote management and diagnostics solution designed to enable field service technicians to resolve customer issues faster and more efficiently by providing a single, comprehensive view of cross-system status and device information. Its web-based, on-demand access offers real-time status information about cable modems and E-MTAs, while correlating status information from customer billing and provisioning systems. It also allows technicians to view KPIs via handheld devices and creates a permanent Subscriber Certificate of Record "SCORE Card" that produces an auditable record of installations and repairs.
