CableFAX Executive Editor Michael Grebb interviews Motorola's Peter Boonstra about the company's Follow Me TV whole home networking and place-shifted mobile video announcements at the 2007 International Consumer Electronics Show, where it also announced a deal with Comcast.

The Motorola Follow Me TV solution, says Boonstra, begins with networked DVRs but also encompasses PCs in the home to serve as a media hub for music, photos and video. Motorola's OCAP-compliant system, available this year, works on up to four TVs (which can be HDTV and/or standard definition) and position cable operators to launch an additional tier of service. Find out more and check out Motorola's CES '07 demo of the room-to-room video capabilities of the Follow Me TV experience.
