Women In Cable Technology (WICT) Washington/Baltimore Chapter recently held a "Tech It Out" panel discussion with industry leaders in Herndon, Va. Participants were able to meet senior executives from Time Warner Cable, Comcast, and NCTA to learn how they use innovations in technology to enhance the customer experience and stay relevant in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
