Why Him? A prophet of the cable bundle, Rooney was an early, outspoken advocate of the triple play. His continued zeal for the bundle and top customer service helped Cox to 50% year-on-year growth in HD subs in Q2, and a 17% boost in triple-play subs during the same period.

Proud Moment: Cox ranked highest in the West region in JD Power and Associates’ ’08 ISP Residential Customer Satisfaction Study.
