Lakers-centric RSNs Time Warner Cable SportsNet and Spanish-language Time Warner Cable Deportes are set to launch Oct. 1. Along with Lakers, Galaxy and Sparks games, the nets will offer non-event programming like nightly news shows. ·      The FCC Media Bureau has designated an ALJ hearing for GSN’s carriage complaint against Cablevision, which GSN filed in Oct after the MSO moved the net to its Sports & Entertainment tier. More on the ruling and Cablevision taking umbrage with the Commission.
