WWE Heads Down Mexico Way
WWE brings hit series SmackDown to Mexico. Will Friday nights ever be the same?
It works in the United States, so it should do the same down in Mexico, right? That's why World Wrestling Entertainment and TV Azteca have agreed to export WWE SmackDown to Mexico City's Azteca 7 channel, beginning October 3, 10pm CT. How can it miss, considering exclusive to TV Azteca's SmackDown will be Superstars like Triple H, Undertaker, Edge, Jeff Hardy, Big Show, Mr. Kennedy and Carlito?
SMACKING IN MEXICO CITY: WWE’s new agreement with Mexico's TV Azteca is cause to celebrate for (from left): Triple H; Rodrigo Fernández Capdevielle, TV Azteca's Programming GM; Big Show; gorgeous wrestler Eve Torres; and Shane McMahon, WWE EVP, Global Media. The lack of smiles from Triple H and Big Show is attributed to their toughness or the fact that they drank the water.
