SureWest, BIAP Team to Launch EBIF
SureWest Communications has installed and deployed a platform for TV interactivity in a subsidiary cable system operating in the greater Kansas City market. The applications and the EBIF platform were all created by BIAP. The platform uses the EBIF (enhanced TV binary interchange format) standard, which was developed by CableLabs to promote affordable and uniform TV interactivity across multiple platforms.
