Aperto Receives FCC WiMAX Certification
Aperto Networks' line of PacketMAX subscriber units and base station radios has been certified for the 3.65 GHz band in the United States by the FCC. The 3.65 GHZ solution includes PM5000 and PM3000 base stations and PM120/PM320 CPEs. Additionally, the company's Mobile WiMAX solution offers solutions for the 2.5 GHz and 3.5 GHz bands.
Aperto's PacketMAX family of products is designed to extend wireless broadband services to a wide range of users, ranging from governments, large enterprises and public-sector organizations to multi-tenet buildings and residences, using a single, standards-based platform.
