Videotron Selects NetCracker

NetCracker Technology's OSS solution has been selected by Canadian cable operator Videotron to accelerate the deployment of high capacity, converged infrastructure and to enable the delivery of content-rich services. The solution will be used to manage the deployment of Videotron's optical and cable infrastructure.

Videotron, a subsidiary of Quebecor Media, is an integrated communications company engaged in cable broadcasting, interactive multimedia development, Internet access services, cable telephony, and wireless telephone services. It is the primary cable operator for the Province of Quebec, serving over 1.6 million business and residential customers.
