Four new members have been added to Stockholm-based Millicom International Cellular S.A.’s Executive Committee, bringing the total to nine: Mario Zanotti (senior executive vice president/ Operations), François-Xavier Roger (senior executive vice president/CFO), Regis Romero (executive vice president/Africa and South America) and Jo Leclere (executive vice president/Human Resources)…Jeff Lamboy joined Digett as director/Strategic Marketing & Communication along with Jonathan Dale, coming in as senior Web developer/architect.
